GCP-18AFully automatic liquid quantitative filling machineIt is a mechanical rotary, atmospheric pressure filling method that relies on measuring cups for quantitative filling. The filling valve adopts a fully enclosed type, while the fully automatic type sends empty bottles from the bottle conveying line to the turntable without error through the bottle feeding wheel mechanism. The empty bottles randomly rotate and are lifted by the soft support mechanism. After the bottle mouth contacts the filling valve, it automatically opens for filling. After filling is completed, the bottles are automatically pulled out into the bottle conveying line, and the entire process ends.
The bottle feeding adopts a spiral bottle separator, a spiral bottle conveying mechanism, a high-strength screw adjustment mechanism, and a new type of screw with moderate length to make the bottle sorting more stable and efficient, thereby improving production efficiency. The dial mechanism automatically picks in and out bottles, and the lower part of the bottle entry and exit dial is designed with a protective device. If there is a bottle jamming phenomenon, the machine will automatically stop, which can effectively protect the host and reduce the damage of glass bottles, and protect human and machine safety.
